Group of 8 – 10 leaders identified for leading growth of a particular BU / Company.


8 months of an intervention through a series of Group learning sessions + individual coaching.

Four Phases of Leadership Development Model:

  • Mapping key stakeholders for the identified leaders
  • Creating inventory of strengths and expectations with the help of key stakeholders
  • “Trump Card” – one day workshop to set accountability and action plans for road ahead
  • Conversing for results
  • ‘Leadership toolkit’ for delivering through teams
  • Workshop on “Brand U” – enhancing personal brand
  • Individual coaching session with each participant on the basis of agreed goals and expectations from the stakeholders
  • 6 – 8 sessions with each participants with one session ever 3 weeks
  • Stake-holder review and possible course-correction at the end of 3 sessions
Stakeholder evaluation will involve presentation of the journey and results to the stakeholders as well as finalizing key steps taken to ensure continuity


Identification of key stake-holders and creating a support structure are critical success factors for this intervention and an initial expectation setting meeting to brief all the key stake-holders is recommended.
